Latex Mould Chinese Chess Set

The Chinese claim to have invented chess some 2000 years ago during the Hansing campaign. Here is a fine example of a beautifully carved 19th century Chinese chess set. The original set was carved in Indian Ivory with each well proportioned, perfectly finished piece mounted upon an octagonal base; figure and base carved from a single piece of ivory throughout. King Approx. 12cm.
